About the Company
Phychem Technologies Limited manufactures rotational moulding (roto moulding) compounds used as raw materials for producing hollow plastic products. Its product portfolio primarily includes customised polyethylene-based compounds formulated using linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and specialty additives, supplied in powder or granulated form. These compounds are used in products such as water, fuel, and chemical storage tanks, portable sanitation units, furniture and industrial containers. The company also manufactures custom-moulded tanks and provides jobwork services, including rotolining and toll pulverising. In addition, it undertakes trading and distribution of chemicals, compounds, tools, and equipment used in the rotational moulding industry. The company operates its manufacturing facility at Khatwad, Dindori, Nashik, Maharashtra, which includes a laboratory and quality control department. Its manufacturing process includes blending, pelletising and pulverisation. The company exports its products to various countries and is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company.
Pros
- • The company offers several types of roto moulding compounds, including colour powders, stone effect compounds, PE foam compounds, Super Tuff HDPE compounds, flexible compounds, ESF granules, antistatic and flame-retardant compounds. It also manufactures custom-moulded tanks and provides rotolining and toll pulverising services.
- • The company’s products are used across building and construction, automobile, marine, furniture, toys, agriculture, chemical, sewage treatment and waste processing industries. This provides exposure to multiple end-use segments rather than dependence on a single industry.
- • During FY26, the company sold its products to around 24 global customers and 265 domestic customers. Export revenue accounted for 23.32% of revenue from operations in FY26, with products sold across countries including Guinea, Mauritius, Cameroon, Guinea-Bissau, and Poland.
Cons
- • The company’s top 10 customers contributed 52.99%, 49.30%, and 50.83% of its revenue from operations in FY26, FY25, and FY24, respectively, while its largest customer contributed 15.73%, 14.34%, and 13.43% during the same periods. The company does not typically enter into long-term agreements with its customers, and any failure to retain these customers or any delay, reduction, or cancellation of orders could adversely affect its business and financial condition.
- • The company’s top 10 suppliers contributed Rs 41.54 crore (89.07%), Rs 36.57 crore (89.12%), and Rs 33.69 crore (87.00%) during the same periods. The company does not have long-term agreements with its suppliers, and any increase in raw material costs or shortfall in their availability or quality could adversely affect its business, financial condition, and results of operations.
- • The company derived Rs 13.17 crore (23.32%), Rs 14.19 crore (28.21%), and Rs 14.57 crore (31.02%) of its revenue from operations from exports in FY26, FY25, and FY24, respectively, with exports made to countries including Iraq, Guinea, Mauritius, Cameroon, and Poland. The company does not undertake foreign currency hedging, and any geopolitical instability, trade restrictions, currency fluctuations, or regulatory changes in its export markets could adversely affect its business and financial condition.
