API Terms of Use

These API Terms govern your access to and use of the IpoNotify API.

API Access

You must use a valid API key. Sharing or reselling keys is prohibited.

Rate Limits & Quotas

Each plan has defined per-minute, daily, and monthly limits. Exceeding these may result in throttling or suspension.

Acceptable Use

• No scraping or redistribution
• No illegal or misleading use
• No bypassing rate limits

Data License

You are granted a non-exclusive license to use API data for your own applications. You may not resell raw data.

Termination

We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations.
