About the Company

Om Galaxy Limited designs, develops, and manufactures moulds, hot runner systems (HRS), and cleaning products. The company manufactures pipe fittings and industrial moulds for the building materials and plastics and polymer processing industries. Through its subsidiary OMG Auto Mould Private Limited, it manufactures automotive moulds for the automotive and auto components industry. In contrast, its subsidiary Infuse HRS Private Limited manufactures hot runner systems used in injection moulding processes. The company also manufactures cleaning products under the WONDRA brand, including mops, brushes, scrubbers, wipers, and brooms. Its products cater to industries such as building materials, plastics and polymer processing, automotive and auto components, and industrial and engineering applications. Om Galaxy, along with its subsidiaries, operates seven manufacturing units with a total area of 88,652.16 sq. ft. across Vasai in Palghar district and Pune, Maharashtra.

Pros

  • • The company manufactures pipe fittings and industrial moulds, automotive moulds, HRS, and cleaning products, catering to multiple end-use industries. It has also diversified into cleaning products under the WONDRA brand, thereby expanding beyond its core mould manufacturing business.
  • • The company, through its subsidiary Infuse HRS, manufactures HRS in-house, enabling it to provide integrated mould and HRS solutions. This reduces its dependence on third-party HRS suppliers and allows it to offer composite tooling solutions to customers.
  • • The company claims to have expanded its manufacturing capabilities from moulds measuring 400–600 mm to large-scale moulds with up to 64 cavities and weighing up to 6–7 tonnes. It also claims to have multi-axis CNC machines, heavy-duty injection moulding machines, and high-tonnage presses to manufacture such moulds.

Cons

  • • The company derived Rs 87.93 crore, Rs 94.09 crore, and Rs 90.88 crore from its top 10 customers in FY24, FY25, and FY26, accounting for 84%, 84%, and 73% of revenue from operations, respectively. The company does not have long-term or exclusive arrangements with most of its customers. Any reduction in orders from, or loss of, any of its major customers could adversely affect the company’s revenue and profitability.
  • • Purchases from the company’s top 10 suppliers accounted for 59%, 69%, and 49% of total purchases in FY24, FY25, and FY26, respectively. The company generally procures raw materials on a purchase-order basis without long-term or exclusive supply arrangements. Any disruption in the supply of raw materials from its key suppliers could adversely affect the company’s manufacturing operations and profitability.
  • • Revenue from pipe fitting moulds stood at Rs 78.03 crore, Rs 79.48 crore, and Rs 91.29 crore in FY24, FY25 and FY26, accounting for 74.63%, 70.55%, and 73.62% of revenue from operations, respectively. If there is a decline in demand for pipe fitting moulds, that could adversely affect the company’s revenue and profitability.
